CANCELLATION
The reservation downpayment is non-refundable if the Renter cancels the booking.
The reserved schedule is held exclusively for the Renter and may prevent JOLO Camera Rentals from accepting another customer for the same dates and times.
JOLO Camera Rentals may consider rescheduling at its discretion, subject to availability. Any approved rescheduling arrangement must be confirmed in writing.

Pick-up and Return Policy
The Renter is expected to collect the equipment at the agreed pick-up time from the designated JOLO Camera Rentals pick-up location.

A 15-minute grace period is provided.

If the Renter arrives more than 1 hour late, a ₱100 late pick-up fee will be charged.

If the equipment is not collected within 2 hours of the agreed pick-up time, the booking will be automatically cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been approved by JOLO Camera Rentals.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled due to late or non-collection of the equipment.

If the Renter expects to be delayed, they must notify JOLO Camera Rentals as soon as possible. Any extension of the pick-up window is granted solely at the discretion of JOLO Camera Rentals.
The equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time.

A late return fee of ₱150 per hour or part thereof will apply.

If the equipment is not returned within 24 hours of the agreed return time and JOLO Camera Rentals has not been contacted or has not approved an extension, JOLO Camera Rentals reserves the right to treat the equipment as unlawfully retained and may take appropriate legal action to recover the equipment, replacement costs (if applicable), and any associated expenses.

Privacy notice: Your ID photo and verification selfie will only be used to verify your identity, prevent fraud and manage your camera rental. Access will be restricted to authorised JOLO Camera Rentals personnel. The files will not be shared unless required by law and will be deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed for the rental or any related claim.
